When Katie contacted me to photograph her family a few weeks after my son was born I couldn’t say no! I was ready to get back to shooting and we had the perfect day on the beach…minus the wind and freezing temps. This family was a ton of fun (dad’s even brought beer:)) and I hope to continue to photograph them as these little munchkins grow. Summer is not the only time of year that the beach is good for a family portrait. I actually prefer to shoot at the beach in the fall. You get crisper blue skies and no one is sweating. On this day we were freezing but it was worth it!
