    Jennifer Bishop has two real passions in her life - family and photography. Her attention to detail and natural creativity provides her clients with original, real-life portraits. With nearly 10 years of experience and a growing family for inspiration, she has refined her portraiture skills. Her photographic style is one of candid portraiture by using natural light in natural settings. It is life’s precious moments that are at the center of her expertise; whether it is a mother seeing her child for the first time or a family playing together in their own backyard.

    Jennifer took her first photography class while obtaining her Bachelors degree at Maine Maritime Academy. Since then, she attended and graduated from Hallmark Institute of Photography with honors. Jennifer has also attended numerous seminars on lighting, photoshop and digital photography with Professional Photographers of America.

Fun Love ~ NH Engagement Photography

I first met Jess & Brodie while working at Sugarloaf where we spent our days skiing and nights enjoying the nightlife (with a little work in between).  They are such a great couple that have such a fun time together that I knew they would be together forever.  This summer when Brodie emailed me to see if I would take their engagement photos, I was honored and knew it would be a blast.  They came prepared with ideas on exactly what they wanted and a theme that went with their wedding.  We had so much fun that I completely lost track of time and my usual 2 hour engagement session turned into 3!  Thank you Jess & Brodie for an amazing afternoon and some of the best photos that I have ever taken:)  It was my pleasure and I wish you both a lifetime of fun and happiness.

Wagon Hill was a perfect backdrop for this couple who love the outdoors and met at UNH 9 years ago.  They are a gorgeous couple and a ton of fun to be around.  Their wedding will be a blast!!!!

Baby Chloe ~ NH Family Photography

I love all my clients and from the first time I photographed Chloe, I fell in love.  She is by far the easiest baby that I have ever photographed.  Always smiling and that soft skin is just so beautiful.  Her mom also has amazing taste in clothes which makes for a fabulous photograph:).  Chloe has the best clothes and it makes me want a girl of my own!  I first photographed Chloe when she was two months old and now she is a big 6 month old and her parents got in on the photo shoot this time!  We had a ton of fun and got some great photos.  Love you Chloe girl!

 

Portrait Photography

 

Picking photos from a session can be tough and I always encourage my clients to do a storyboard or collage.  There were so many that I liked from this session that I put together a collage just for me.

I love playing around with different photo finishes and this portrait session screamed VINTAGE to me.  Here are some examples of the vintage look that I love so much for Miss Chloe!

Liz ~ New Hampshire Senior Portraits

It was all about the hat.  I met Liz and her mom on a VERY hot September afternoon and we went to some of her favorite spots to do her senior photos.  She had this hat that I thought made her personality shine.  We had a bunch of fun and even their dog Cooper got in on the action.  Congrats on your senior year Liz!  Live it up and keep smiling!

Island Baby in NH ~ NH Childrens Photography

She’s an island girl…who came to NH to make her debut this fall.  Caylee was in her mommy’s tummy when I visited St. John back in December and I couldn’t wait for her to come into the world and get in front of my camera.  They were in town for a quick visit and I had just had my baby boy but we made it happen and I am so glad we did.  This little cutie is a natural behind the camera at only 5 months old.  Next time I hope to photograph her on the beach in St. John!!!
